- Plan the consolidation and move of office facilities, personnel, and assets in order to support Commission space requirements and expiring lease agreements.
- Support the Commission’s Wireless Telecommunications Bureau (WTB) wireless spectrum initiative.
- Support the deployment of Information Technology Center’s (ITC) cloud platform technology solutions in support of the radio frequency licensing and ancillary systems.
Solution
- Utilize Project Management Institute (PMI), General Services Administration (GSA), and industry best practices to manage, assist, and support office relocation and consolidation efforts.
- Provide knowledgeable subject matter expertise to assist in:
- Relocation Management
- Develop, manage, and assist in the execution of a Relocation Housing Initiative Management Plan (HIMP).
- Identify space architectural and identification requirements.
- Communicate and coordinate with GSA representatives on facility requirements.

- Provide Program and Project Management support following PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) best practices.
- Develop and deploy new cloud-based business process management (BPM) and customer relationship management platforms (CRM) for wireless technology system.
- Develop and test the incentive auction suite of software.
- Acquisition Management Support
- Acquisition strategy and development.
- Requirements gathering and acquisition documentation to include but not limited to IGCE, market research, SOW/PWS, QASP, etc.
- Business Performance Optimization
- Business studies, IT analysis, and business process improvement.
- Provide technical support to the WTB to assist the wireless spectrum project.

- Develop a Decommission Plan for excess inventory at vacated offices.
