For every client engagement, Federal Acquisition Strategies, LLC assigns an Engagement Manager and a Practice Area lead.  While the Practice Area lead is often a reach-back (i.e. non-billable) resource available to the Engagement Manager, depending upon the task order he/she may also be the assigned Subject Matter Expert working the task.  Each has at least one Subject Matter Expert; who, depending on the needs of the task order may also serve as the Engagement Manager.  The Engagement Manager is always responsible to the Federal Acquisition Strategies, LLC Program Manager on each project.

Following the Federal Acquisition Strategies, LLC established Quality Control Plan, the Engagement Manager and the Program Manager communicate near daily on the performance of every client engagement and assignment in order to monitor progress toward established quality metrics, and cost/schedule goals.  These lines of authority, responsibilities and methods of communication are maintained throughout the life of the contract.  The PM and all Engagement Managers meet face-to-face at least weekly, more frequently if needs dictate, to review progress on all client engagements.  In addition, they engage in daily communication in the form of phone calls, emails and impromptu or scheduled meetings depending on the needs of the situation.
